Discipleship of a child is not only a pastoral obligation, but also the church family and the parents. They see you as parents and their supporters of the faith you are sharing with them. Be slow to speak and quick to listen to their questions and concerns of the faith. Also if you don't know the answer don't try to answer the question instead tell them you will find out and tell them later. And actually find out. Discipleship is hard, its messy, but in the end it is worth every tear. The best way to disciple is to lead by example. Discipleship starts at home!

As we have returned from camp, we should keep in mind that our kids are under fire as satan knows that they are on fire for Jesus. So keep their spiritual welfare in your prayers. Discipleship starts at home.
